Professor of national and international Food Law at the University of East Westphalia-Lippe. Founding and Board Member of the Research Centre for Food Law and Feed Law at the University of Marburg, Board Member of Lemgoer Arbeitstagung Fleisch und Feinkost e. V. (LAFF – Lemgoer Workshop meat and delicatessen registered association) and active member of other food regulatory and scientific associations and federations.
