Lawyers - Prof. Dr. Ulrich Krell
Prof. Dr. Ulrich Krell studied jurisprudence at the University of Frankfurt am Main and Freiburg/Breisgau after having completed his training as a bank clerk.
After taking his doctorate at the Chair of Commercial and Economic Law in Freiburg he began practising as a lawyer. Professor of national and international Food Law at the University of East Westphalia-Lippe. Among other things Member of the German Federation of Food Law and Food Science – BLL ( Bund für Lebensmittelrecht und Lebensmittelkunde).
Author and editor of numerous publications (inter alia ‘Kommentar zur Lebensmittel-Kennzeichnungsverordnung, Praxishandbuch Lebensmittelkennzeichnung, Handbuch Fleisch und Fleischwaren’).
