Manuel Stückemann studied law at the University of Cologne.
He has special knowledge of administrative law, which he acquired as a research assistant during his many years of work in the Institute for Public Law and Administration and in the Chair of Public Law in Cologne under Prof. Dr. Daniela Winkler.
Manuel Stückemann advises and represents the interests of food companies in matters of national and European food law. His practice focuses on legal advice and representation of producers of food of animal origin in connection with the labelling and composition of foodstuffs.
He has particular expertise in the clarification of official complaints both within the framework of general complaint management and within the framework of administrative court proceedings or proceedings relating to fines or criminal law.
